CircleWatch Community Standards
Community Guidelines
These guidelines define what is and isn't allowed on CircleWatch. They apply to all users, creators, and groups — no exceptions. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

No Impersonation
Do not impersonate other creators, brands, public figures, or individuals in a misleading or deceptive way. This includes using their name, likeness, or branding to deceive others.

Honest Account Use
Do not create accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes. Fake or bot accounts used to manipulate the platform are strictly prohibited.

You must provide truthful information when required — including during monetization enrollment and identity verification processes.

Respect Everyone
Treat all users with basic dignity. Harassment, bullying, targeted attacks, and personal insults are not tolerated in any form.

Content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics is prohibited.

Do not make, encourage, or coordinate threats of violence against any person or group, whether real or implied.

Do not expose or share another person's private information — including addresses, phone numbers, real names, or identifying details — without their explicit consent.

Do not encourage, organize, or coordinate harmful behavior against individuals or groups on or off the platform.

No Illegal Content
Content facilitating criminal activity — including drug or weapons sales, fraud, human trafficking, or any other illegal act — is strictly banned.

Zero Tolerance: Minors
Sexually explicit content involving minors (CSAM) is a zero-tolerance violation. Offenders are permanently banned and reported to law enforcement immediately — no exceptions.

No Graphic Violence
Gratuitous gore or graphic violence intended to shock, disturb, or glorify harm is not permitted. Educational or newsworthy content may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No Spam, Scams, or Phishing
Do not post spam, misleading clickbait, phishing attempts, financial scams, or fraudulent schemes of any kind.

No Malware or Harmful Links
Do not upload, share, or link to malicious software, harmful scripts, or phishing pages. Any content designed to compromise user devices or data is banned.

Own Your Content
Only upload videos, clips, or posts that you own or have explicit rights to publish. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material is prohibited.

Respect Copyright
Follow applicable copyright laws and respond honestly to DMCA takedown processes. Repeated infringement leads to channel termination.

No Monetization Abuse
Do not manipulate Popcoins, ad interactions, or monetization systems through artificial or deceptive means. This includes click fraud and invalid ad traffic.

No Engagement Fraud
Artificially inflating views, likes, comments, or follower counts through bots, purchased services, or coordinated schemes is prohibited and may trigger automated removal.

Follow Group Rules
Each group may have its own supplemental rules set by moderators. Members are expected to read and follow them in addition to these platform-wide guidelines.

Do not flood group chats, threads, or feeds with repetitive, off-topic, or irrelevant content.

Group owners and moderators have the authority to manage their spaces. Do not circumvent, undermine, or publicly attack moderation decisions.

Coordinating mass negative activity, harassment campaigns, or targeted attacks against a group or its members is a serious violation.

Any paid partnerships, sponsored posts, or affiliate relationships must be clearly and prominently disclosed to your audience at the beginning of the content.

No Deceptive Advertising
Promotions must be truthful. Do not use misleading claims, fake urgency, false endorsements, or deceptive pricing tactics.

Legal Products Only
You may not promote illegal products, unlicensed services, counterfeit goods, or content that violates applicable law.

Ads and promotional links must not contain malware, harmful redirects, or malicious software of any kind.

Do not attempt to access, exploit, or compromise CircleWatch systems, user accounts, or infrastructure through any unauthorized means.

No Reverse Engineering
Decompiling, reverse engineering, or scraping CircleWatch code, APIs, or platform data without explicit written authorization is prohibited.

No Harmful Scripts
Do not upload, inject, or execute scripts, executables, or code designed to harm the platform, its infrastructure, or its users' devices.

No Unauthorized Scraping
Mass-downloading or bulk-collecting CircleWatch content without explicit written permission is not allowed and may result in IP-level blocking.

Report Vulnerabilities Responsibly
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it through our support system rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing it. We appreciate responsible disclosure.

No Unauthorized Data Collection
Do not collect personal data from other users without their explicit, informed consent. This includes tracking behavior, harvesting emails, or aggregating profile information.

Do not share private messages, emails, or direct communications publicly without consent from all parties involved.

No Data Misuse
Data accessed through CircleWatch features must not be repurposed, sold, or used in ways outside the platform's intended purpose.

Privacy Policy Applies
CircleWatch processes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those terms.

Age Requirement
Users under 13 are not permitted on CircleWatch in compliance with COPPA regulations. Accounts found to belong to under-13 users will be terminated.

Monetization Age Gate
Users under 18 must have documented guardian permission to enroll in any CircleWatch monetization program. Falsifying this information is grounds for termination.

Zero Tolerance: CSAM
Any sexually explicit content involving minors results in an immediate, permanent ban with mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. No exceptions. No appeals.

No Predatory Behavior
Grooming, predatory messaging, solicitation of minors, or any attempt to exploit young users will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

Proportional Action
CircleWatch evaluates violations based on severity, frequency, and context. Actions escalate with repeated offenses. First-time minor violations may receive a warning.

Right to Appeal
Users may contest most moderation decisions by submitting an appeal through the CircleWatch support system. Every appeal is reviewed by a human moderator.
30-Day Window
Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the enforcement action. Appeals received after this window will not be reviewed.
Be Honest and Respectful
Appeals containing false claims, threats, or abusive language will be automatically rejected. Provide clear, factual context to support your case.
Non-Appealable Decisions
Actions involving child safety, law enforcement referrals, or confirmed platform hacking are final and not eligible for appeal under any circumstances.
